Sausage-Zucchini-Cornbread muffins

1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup water
1 cup white flour
! cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoons backing soda
1 teaspoon backing powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 inch or so long zucchini grated
1 1/2 cup corn meal
ten cooked sausage diced

back @ 350 for 45m-1 hour depending on size. 

  Missy Miss J has been Home from school sick the last few days, to pass the time stuck in the house we did some cooking together.  We invented our own recipe for Zucchini-sausage-cornbread muffins.  THEY TURNED OUT GREAT!!!!! and will work great for school lunches or breakfast. We also took photos of ourselves in the kitchen while we waited for them to bake........because we are just that cute.

When all was said and done we had to wash the dishes and the Baby. oxoxoxo Joy

 I had One Son start me off but,sadly again my plans failed. So I turned graffiti into action but it was a FAIL as well. But fear not I will white wash and start again.     Ps this was the same day I dumped paint in my shoe and then Dog laid in the paint puddle. It was NOT meant to be an art day.
